SBU Electronics & Communications – Electronic Materials
Reporting: Global Technology Manager- Electronic Materials
Develop next generation optical adhesives, related technologies & material for display bonding adhesives and its application
Explore new ingredients with understanding of chemical functionality that could improve product performance via understanding of customer needs & material technology.
Provide technical support to customers; including product evaluation, trouble-shooting, process audit, and training
Conduct existing & new products spec-in process at customer sites
Support on manufacturing technology development and optimization.
PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related discipline is required (Or PhD candidates who are graduating in 6-9months)
Expertise in adhesive formulation development areas
Familiar with slot die coating technology or photochemistry will be a plus
Good English and Mandarin proficiency in speaking, writing and listening
Independent researcher, as well as team work is required
Be able for travel to US, Japan & Asia
